I like that this dissection guide has dissection instructions for many taxa of vertebrates. It has beautiful, clear pictures, including color pictures of preserved specimens. I wish there was also a squamate in there, but overall this is the best option out there for getting an overview of comparative anatomy across the vertebrate tree!
