The Color Atlas of Veterinary Anatomy is packed with knowledge. What I love about it, is that not only are there colour drawings of the anatomy, but also photographs of dissections, x-rays and MRI scans of the same areas. So you really get the "big picture". Also, a feature I have not seen in any other books: on the images, the palpable bony areas are highlighted. I find this tremendously useful in my work, but also working with students, when they are trying to determine what is what, when palpating a dog.
