Es la bibliografía básica por excelencia en el estudio de la embriología humana.
Desde hace varios años es un libro basico para mi curso. Se ha ido actualizando y va de acuerdo con el contenido tematico del curso de Embriologia Humana de la Facultad de Medicina. Las imagenes son buenas y ayudan a la comprension de los temas. Lo mas didactico enmi opinion son los esquemas o diagramas de flujo que explican la regulacion del desarrollo de algunos organos.
Excelente texto. Logra la relación (cada vez mejor) entre el mundo de la señalización molecular y expresión génica con la anatomía y función fisiológica del crecimiento intrauterino humano. Desde que uso este libro he podido ampliar perspectivas de investigación, donde el microbioma humano, la salud sexual, y la investigación con mujeres embarazadas se conectan por aspectos embriológicos importantes. Sin entender bien el génesis de los procesos de creación de un ser humano, es muy difícil comprender las consecuencias cuando patologías o alteraciones aparecen.
El contenido del libro es muy acorde al nivel de conocimientos que debo impartir. Es claramente didáctico y las ilustraciones son un apoyo importante para realizar mi clase.
